My names Emerson, and I'm trying to get jump started in the world of real estate. I want to learn as much as I can before making my first purchase at the end of the year. I am a Veteran who has never used his VA loan. I also have alright credit but a high debt to income ratio. I'm working this year on getting it down, and I'm really fascinated by the idea of House Hacking a Duplex and renting out 3 unites. I really would like to learn more about great and poor ideas as I continue down this path.
