Prior to his career in real estate, Emmanuel built a successful fitness and wellness business, Body Sculpting by Emmanuel, where he developed breakthrough, science-driven approaches to fitness that have received recognition from celebrities and premier local publications. Emmanuel continues to inspire and empower individuals to achieve their personal goals through coaching, mastermind groups, and webinars. Emmanuel is also a co-founder of NASM OnPoint Academy, an online training platform that provides comprehensive coaching to personal trainers. He has advised start-ups, built multiple 6-figure companies, and consulted other companies, even bringing some from 6 to 7 figures. He is now bringing his business development, finance, and strategic planning expertise to Cornerstone Multifamily Investments. Emmanuel is committed to using his experience and expertise to help investors achieve their financial goals through smart and strategic real estate investments.
