I have spent the past 10 years buying and selling investment properties in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Northern Kentucky and take great pride in the relationships that have been built over those years. I am a managing member of an investment company purchasing 10-15 properties per month and also represent various investors looking to acquire a high volume of investment properties. I look forward to networking to establish new relationships that lead to more deals. Experience: I became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and quickly found a nationwide wholesale company where went to work and was given a wealth of knowledge about wholesaling real estate. I have bought and sold well over 500 properties in Ohio and now, in addition to wholesaling, have had success representing large investment groups purchasing a high volume of rental property. Real Estate Goals: Network with other real estate professionals to build relationships that will lead to more buying and selling opportunities. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking to buy as many properties as I can in Ohio, mostly rental type properties but also nicer flip opportunities as well. I am also looking to add new associates to our brokerage to help with finding properties to acquire, and also to manage relationships with investors.
