Winsation.com was recently founded as a result of a positive mental attitude, a commitment to empower others and a desire to serve in a higher purpose in service to humanity while making provision for my family and me. Real Estate investment transactions are simply one viable contributing component for the real visionary. My real estate experience to date has been that of referrals & networking along with a real estate course more than a decade ago. Home for over 25 years prior to becoming a Floridian was metro Atlanta, Georgia. Investment connections include but are not limited to metro Atlanta as well central Florida.
