During college, I paid rent with money I got from being a martial arts instructor and a movie stunt fighter. After graduating, I spent several years as a rocket scientist in Southern California (really building and testing satellites that were launched on the rockets). A great opportunity arose to attend law school in DC, and after a couple years of drugs, guns, and jail visits, I settled down as a patent attorney. My wife and kids are amazing, and I'm always looking for ways to spend more time with them.
