I'm a Real Estate Investor working in the Fort Worth, Texas and also southeast Kansas areas. Experience: I have been developing my real estate knowledge base over the last several years. I operate a LLC business model and currently own 7 rental properties with 9 total doors. I personally find and research potential distressed properties. I send my contractor in to further photograph, video, and estimate needed repairs to make sure there are no major unforeseen expenses. Then I put in offers with a maximum cap to ensure a good return on investment and cash flow. I enjoy planning the renovations and working with my dad, who is my general contractor and my brother-in-law, who is a home inspector. I have had some construction experience because of my dad and he does flip and rent homes as well. Real Estate Goals: I would like to be set up in the next 10-15 years to have my passive income paying the majority of my bills through renters and have a successful Real Estate Investing and Rental Business with my wife. Currently Seeking: I'm looking for distressed single family and multi-family homes that will need rehab to be ultimately rented out.
