Eric Colburn

Eric is the Principal Broker for The Verdei Group in Tennessee. He's an entrepreneur at heart and has always been enthusiastic about growing a successful business. When he isn't working, he's spending time with his family, snowboarding whenever possible, traveling to new destinations around the world, or just taking in the sun on a beach. Before Eric founded Verdei, he spent over 10 years of his career in technology managing IT departments in the United States and Europe. Since transitioning to the real estate industry, he was instrumental in combining his experience in technology to implement new infrastructure that helped Verdei utilize a cloud-based property management as a paperless system. As a result, the business saw real value and success from this implementation.
