I am a multifamily investor in Charlotte, NC with 12 units. I look to use my diverse range of experience in real estate to build a portfolio of B and C class multifamily in the Charlotte MSA. I am the Director of Acquisitions for private equity group PassiveInvesting.com. I have over $500M of multifamily transaction experience on the acquisition side. I have a background in Property Management and Financial Underwriting, through my experiences working at a property management internship with a large real estate company in Philadelphia, working alongside a successful student housing investor on my campus managing 600 tenants, while also taking a full-time course load at Bloomsburg University. I worked as an Investment Analyst/Associate with a multi-family firm based near Charlotte, NC, then worked in Acquisitions for for a Family Office based out of Chicago/New York with 10,000 units, focusing on Southeast Markets for large multifamily properties. I am building out JV Partnerships to take down 20-50 unit complexes in the Charlotte MSA. Experience: 2020-2021: Director of Acquisitions at PassiveInvesting.com. Over $180M acquired in 2021. 2019- 2020: Moved to Charlotte, NC. Closed on 12 units. Worked as an associate for a multifamily firm here in Charlotte, NC. Building out investor network to take down 20-50 unit complexes. Working in Acquisitions in the Southeast US for a Family Office. For the 2019-2020 school year, I successfully toured and leased almost $900,000 worth of leases for apartments owned by the student housing investor I work for, in the span of 8 months. Fall 2018, Spring 2019 : Working 40 hours a week for a student housing investor while taking full course load. Responsibilities include leading tours of units, signing apartments for students, and maintenance work, as well as administrative work. Head of marketing strategies and in charge of implementing marketing plans and tracking progress. Summer 2018: Led and directed a crew to turn over approximately 200 student housing units. Painting, moving mattresses, and maintenance work. Spring 2018: Working 20 hours a week during school as an apprentice to a very successful investor with multiple student housing properties around my campus. Summer 2017: Completed an internship with Morgan Properties, a real estate investment and property management firm with over 52,000 units under ownership near Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Always educating myself in the form of books, podcasts, and interactions with investors.
