About myself
Ex realtor turned licensed contractor with experience in buy hold and flipping homes. Looking to network with and or develop teams to grow my buy and hold portfolio. I also have 7 years of commercial construction (specifically federal government) experience doing major renovation projects. Looking to grow a real estate portfolio and start doing development. What I bring to the table is extensive knowledge of Miami real estate, a construction team, list of subcontractors, credit accounts for construction materials, equipment and everything needed to help offset renovation costs.
