Hello everyone! I am a single mom of two great kiddos living in Thornton, CO. I purchased a townhouse a year ago with a partially finished basement and have been thinking of investing for a while. I found Brandon via YouTube and became hooked on BP. I became a Pro member last month and am very excited to learn as much as I can.
