Hello there! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Ericka here, and I am a newbie to this whole new world 🌎 of real estate investing! Currently looking to build and diversify my portfolio. I am also working on a few projects along with getting my license degree as a Realtor in the NY area but my aim is to become a licensed broker. I enjoy investing in the stock market too. I love to read books on real estate, if it involves real estate I read it, eat it, and breathe it.📚 I am a gym rat who enjoys working out and doing a good run every now and then.
