I'm a father of three small kiddos with an ultra demanding job. Striving to obtain financial freedom so I can spend more time with my wife and kids. Real Estate has made the most sense as the vehicle to do so and I've had a blast continually educating myself! In the our first year, we sold our home and bought a house-hack (live in one unit, AirBnB the other). We're continuing to hustle on our home turf but also exploring/researching other markets outside of our own to invest in.
