With 16 Years in Residential and Multi-family Sales in Bakersfield Ca, Eric was introduced to the Planning and Development arena. Our retail sales force is supported by 3 admin and 8 DRE licensed full service agents. With the support of his client, direct mentor and coach, Eric represents national tenants and investors large and small. Our group is currently active here in the Central Valley on 8 commercial developments, all from ground up, 4 large multi-family communities, a 48 acre industrial park, along with a 12 acre commercial shopping center.
