I got started by house hacking a duplex back in 2007, but life took over and I eventually lost sight of that goal. After facing some personal setbacks and professional challenges I decided I needed to do more than continue my ascent up the corporate ladder. I found Bigger Pockets and that drive and ambition to achieve financial independence, freedom of time and a lasting legacy was quickly reinvigorated. In July 2019 I decided to take action and things have started scaling quickly. For nearly 12 years my "portfolio" was stagnant at just 2 units and then in just over 12 months it grew to 18 units in 3 states. Currently at 12 properties, 26 units.
