Eric Nelson

I am from southwest Colorado and I received a degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University. I am the principal of Wild Oak Capital and we offer syndication opportunities for apartment buildings. I have a huge passion for real estate! I have been investing in real estate for over 10 years. I love the outdoors and enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 young boys. We have over 1000 units under management, and I give a lot of credit to my mentors- along with being willing to take action. I offer real estate and syndication coaching. Please visit wild oak capital website to learn more.
