Eric Pagan

Eric Pagan has been a licensed real estate professional for over twenty-five years. But his love of and interest in Manhattan goes well beyond his expertise as one of the city’s (and the surrounding borough’s) most seasoned agents. Eric was born and raised in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. For nearly four decades, he’s been witness to the enormous change, gentrification and development that has made Manhattan one of the most recognized cities in the world — for its diversity, rich culture and safe, beautiful neighborhoods. Eric graduated from SUNY College with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice and the Police Management Institute at Columbia University’s School of Business, but his early interest in real estate sprung from his curiosity about the city’s historical and architectural icons, the beautiful homes that decorate the neighborhoods and the people that choose to live within its parameters. Beginning his real estate career at one of the country’s most recognized firms and owning his own real estate and property management company, gives Eric a distinct advantage when it comes to advising his clients. His unique perspective and expert knowledge of the individual neighborhoods that make up Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Rockland County, Westchester County, Orange County and also, Waterbury, CT, enables him to find clients their perfect home for personal use or as an investment — one that suits their specific needs and personality. That keen perspective has enabled him to recognize the best return on investment for his clients; Eric recognizes a "diamond in the rough." Eric’s Motto: I know this city. With my expertise as a real estate professional and dedication to this city, I take pride in protecting my clients’ interests and developing a plan that best serves their needs. Whether it’s buying, selling, investing or renting, my goal is the same: To listen and guide them toward making an informed decision — the best one for them, their families and their future.
