My passion for real estate is focused specifically on its private capital markets. I hold dual active licenses in Real Estate and Mortgage Brokering/Lending. I am actively involved in hard money lending for real estate projects—such as fix-and-flips and remodels—as well as privately financing ground-up construction projects and offering DSCR loans across several key metropolitan areas: Virginia: Richmond & Hampton Tennessee: Nashville Florida: Orlando & Leesburg Georgia: Stockbridge & McDonough In addition to real estate, I occasionally extend private credit and microloans to distressed small businesses.
