About myself
I am a Kansas City lifer, born and raised. My personal first flip started with our very first home, a 3 year project back in 1993! Learned a ton about time management and actually came out net positive and got hooked. Hundreds of flips in the Kansas City area to date, now currently lead partner of KC Property Guys, a Kansas City Real Estate Investment Firm.
