Eric Thornton

I have lived in Maryland for the past 25 years. I currently consult for the US Dept of State following an almost 20 year career in media sales management and an executive at a successful start-up. With a long-time interest in buildings and construction, I am very excited about getting into real estate investing. Experience: I am new to real estate. I have a significant expense working with budgets, managing others and devoting business plans. My personal like has included a lot of construction, handyman and appreciation of buildings and maintenance. Real Estate Goals: * To close my first deal by the end of June 2018. * To build a portfolio of 10 to 20 properties of the next five years. * To work full-time on my properties and growth of the portfolio within 4 to 5 years. * To develop a portfolio that will support a comfortable retirement either through passive income or asset sales. * Retire in 12 - 15 years.
