Erik Goldfarb

Real estate has always been his passion. Erik graduated from the University of Maryland- College Park in 2015. His professional background began at Marcus and Millichap in Brooklyn, where he specialized in Industrial Real Estate. Being born and raised in New Jersey, he decided to come back to his roots in 2016 and join forces with Brett Sikora as the first team member of The Sikora Group. Erik is also Co-Founder and Partner at Berry Lane Partners, where he and his brother have completed 15+ rehab projects, flips and rentals throughout Northern New Jersey since 2016. With this experience, Erik can provide immense knowledge to his clients on estimating rehab costs, the construction process, and deal analysis. If it's a great deal and the right property for you, he will help you understand why. If it is not, he will negotiate on your behalf or encourage you to move on. He is well connected in the industry and offers all of his resources to clients. In his spare time, Erik loves snowboarding, baseball, and traveling. He looks forward to meeting new clients and assisting them in finding new homes, investment properties, and rentals.
