Erik Devereux

I am a full time fire fighter in the Denver area and owned a duplex also in the Denver area which I sold and invested in a group of Mobile Home Investors on 5 parks in the La Salle Valley in Illinois. I am married with two kids (9 & 11). Very interested in the real estate investment business as a supplement to my career in the fire service. Looking for fix and flip properties as well as rentals. I have the time and (some) money but honestly I lack the experience in true real estate investing. I am eager to learn and do what I can to better my family’s future.
