I am new to real estate. I started in June 2019 and was inspired by the idea of creating passive income stream. I am not the most financial savvy by any means. For the past two years, I made the poor decision to live a more lavish lifestyle (ex. Paying $3K+ for rent in a nice high rise building in a very central location, bought a car). I am fortunate to have a 6 figure income job that support this lifestyle. However, realize that I had to really work for the money spent. My vision is to work less and have more time to enjoy hobbies. Thus brings me to real estate. I am thus far addicted to the podcast, and have read Brandon Turner’s “how to invest in real estate” ,“Long Distance investing by David Greene.” , and " BRRRR" by David Green. I follow the bigger pocket podcasts and try to attend all the wonderful webinars. Criteria - SFR/ Multifamily in the 50-200k range - Class C+ to B- property preferably near area with new developments. - 3Br 2 bath or 2Br 1 Bath with large sq ft that another bedroom can be added. - Bonus: Large lots with possiblility of ADU - Cashflowing $100-200 a door Big 4 Real Estate Broker: Still searching Contractor: Still searching Lender: Have one I am working with (pre-approved for up to 200k) Property Management: Still searching
