Our strategy is buy and hold to build passive income for retirement. CURRENT PROPERTIES: We now have purchased three properties. Two single family homes (Farmington, UT & Kaysville, UT) and one university student condo (Provo, UT). We are currently looking to expand our portfolio with new deals. We have a 1031X coming up this fall 2018 so are prepping for that by making connections in the bigger pocket community. CURRENT LOCATION: We have moved from Kaysville, UT to Dublin, Ireland for 18 months for my husband's job. We still want to invest in real estate during this time but will have to get more creative an rely more on a team. LOOKING FOR DEAL(S): We are currently looking to make connections with wholesalers and agents who can bring properties that will cash flow. Due to the fact we live abroad we need the wholesaler or agent to have relationships with honest reliable contractors if repairs/rehab is needed. When bringing deal, please provide 1) current rents, 2) estimated market rents after rehab, and 3) quote from contractor of repairs to be done so we can confirm ARV.
