Realtor, Investor, T-Shirt Maker, YouTuber...Great Friend, Mother, Grandmother, and Woman. I own a Real Estate Firm and love the different facets of real estate. I started investing over a year ago (took me a while I've been in the industry for almost 10 years). I love love love, flipping, wholesaling, and occasionally holding (if the tenant is right). I want to meet people from all pieces in the puzzle and get nuggets (while dropping a few) from all who are willing to share. I am a sponge and believe that must learn from others, trying to avoid as many pitfalls as possible when making decisions and dollars!! Experience: Currently working in residential sales with buyers and sellers. I want to use my market knowledge and systems afforded to me because I am a realtor and invest in myself, using real estate as the vessel to help acheive that. Real Estate Goals: My goal to get in the trenches of wholesaling to build my wealth. I want to outright own a 4 unit building that I can completely gut out, fix up and live in while collecting checks and paying my mortgage using other peoples money. Currently Seeking: I need sellers!!! But who doesn't, right? I am currently seeking to be not only a reader but a doer. I need guidance and will knock on all doors until the right one is opened.
