I am a motivated individual, and with the moral support of my wife, I am looking to be involved in real estate investing as a buy and hold player. Recently a new father, I have plenty of motivation to succeed as failure is not an option, although I am sure mistakes will be owned and faced. I hold two degrees, neither of which have to do with business or real estate. And to be honest, I would be a little bit more well off if I hadn't wasted all that time. Let's see what happens.
