I am a martial arts instructor and school owner that needed to cut his hours in half to care for my kids. I am brand new to investing. Haven't done a deal yet but I've been studying wholesaling for about 5 weeks. Picked my target market and would like to do my first deal in five weeks. I've been learning from videos and books. Attended a rich dad seminar and would like a real person to help guide me. I feel like the work ethic and discipline from the msrtisk arts will help be successful in real estate investing with the right advice and knowledge.
