Real estate investor and property manager in the Boston area. My husband and I own two 3-unit multifamily buildings in Dorchester, MA, all with Section 8 tenants. I transitioned to full-time property management in late 2025 to focus on our portfolio and pursue Real Estate Professional status. Currently tracking REP hours, managing lead paint compliance, and evaluating deals for our next acquisition. Happy to share what I'm learning and what I'm getting wrong.
