About myself
We own two LTR multifamily buildings in Rhode Island and a lakefront STR cabin in Massachusetts. I've been in the residential construction field for over 20 years and am pretty familiar with the beach STR scene in southern RI, particularly Narragansett as I've worked on and converted many of them for other investors.
