I live in Los Angeles and work as a registered nurse. Although, I enjoy being a nurse, it can truly be exhausting & back breaking. After seeing a few coworkers suffer from back injuries, become completely dependent on their jobs (which I've seen some very unhappy nurses), and work 30+ years to achieve retirement. I then opened my mind to real estate as an additional outlook for income. My husband and I have seen the equity growth in our home and after reading, "Rich dad, Poor dad" I have been ABSORBED in real estate. Truthfully, in Los Angeles, investing can be quite difficult. We have decided to invest out of state and have seen some great rewards. After reading about people's success and motivation on here we are more motivated than ever!!
