Real Estate Investor, Permanent Makeup small business owner living in Austin, TX. I bought and sold 2 properties in Altoona, PA before moving to TX, one of which I lived in and renovated (I'm also a certified carpenter) before renting it out for a year and then selling it in January of 2022. I currently don't own any real estate but am interested in becoming involved in the short term rental market here in Austin or potentially San Antonio. My long term goal is to acquire a mix of vacation rentals and long term rentals in the form of small multi family properties. In addition to keeping my permanent makeup business (part time) I would love to be a property manager or assistant manager for an ATX based short term rental investor. I have decades of customer service experience and I know I would be successful in this type of role.
