Evan D.

Real Estate investor with full time job looking to partner on deals, preferably in WA state. I have focused on BRRRR deals with small multifamily properties and am learning the BRRRR strategy. I would like to find partners to syndicate multifamily property deals and find partners to work on BRRRR and flips together. Current goal is to partner to purchase a small to mid size apartment. Overall goal is to have replace my wife's salary and then mine via passive income from real estate and stop working the 9-5. My investing goal is to advance this strategy in single family/small multifamily deals until I have enough passive income to stop working my day job. I then will focus all my working hours on real estate. My retirement goal is to own several medium to large multifamily properties and pass these on to my family.
