I’m a newer real estate investor. I’ve been doing this for about 5 years now. Started with a house hack on a duplex and it is now standing on its own and cash flowing well, 2021 brought us a 4-plex with excellent cash flow. Currently looking to expand my portfolio with another multifamily (commercial or residential) here in the Palmer/Wasilla area. My wife is my business partner and my inspiration, she’s amazing. She keeps me focused and sanity checks my ideas. We have 4 children, 3 are still at home and she home schools them in addition to all the other things that she does with church, friends, etc.
