Senior Program Manager for a large nonprofit based in Seattle; my role is managing dozens of affordable housing programs throughout King County. Our specialty is getting homeless Veterans off the street and into supportive housing. My first investment property is a buy and hold in Puyallup and I'm currently looking for small multifamily properties in the area while learning about the viability of other strategies in the Puget Sound.
