Evan Schapiro

Hi, I'm Evan! My wife Stephanie and I are growing a short term rental business in the NY Finger Lakes. After spending 6 years at Zillow building their rental advertising program I've stepped out of the corporate world to focus on growing our STR portfolio. Stephanie has a Masters in Architecture and the vision to reimagine any space. In addition to designing our projects, she runs Architectural Project Management for a leading cosmetics company. We're looking to grow our STR business via property acquisitions, rental arbitrage, and partnerships. We're not scared of big projects or big ideas so reach out if you'd like to connect.
