Hi, My name is Evelyn! I am a new real estate investor to Bigger Pockets, and I’m excited to get to know you! Prior to real estate investing, I worked with a Big 4 management consulting company, specifically in the federal housing space such as, HUD, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. My husband and I relocated from Washington D.C. to Los Angeles in 2019. Currently, I own and manage a single family rental in Arlington, VA since November 2017. My focus for 2020 is to build up my rental property portfolio and expand my real estate investing business by strengthening my network of fellow investors, lenders, agents, and contractors.
