Ezra Kraft

Design-led developer working on small-scale residential projects with long-term upside. I spent the past 10 years working globally in architecture — leading projects across retail, hospitality, and housing for top studios. Now I’m focused on bringing that experience into real estate development, starting with a project in Columbus and expanding to other cities. Looking to connect with others who value quality design, good execution, and projects with character. Open to JV partnerships, infill lots, and very open to other ideas.
