I recently did my first multifamily deal (3-family) in Chelsea, MA. I'm new to real estate investing, but have an advanced knowledge of finance and financial markets. I have a B.S. in Finance, an MBA from a top 5 business school, and years of work experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and business strategy.
