Faina Shapiro

I have been in Real Estate for almost 8 years as a landlord, property manager, home stager, and now a Realtor. I teach classes on investing in Real Estate, home renovation, property maintenance, and organization in different communities throughout MA including Newton, Needham, Sharon, Lincoln-Sudbury, Dover-Sherborn, and Medway. I am also on the Board of Assessors and strive to give back to my community. I love working with all my clients, but especially first-time homebuyers because I help them understand the importance of building equity and wealth with their home purchases. My knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, and negotiation skills are what make me stand out in this industry. As a Realtor, I pride myself on being available for my clients at any time of day when they have a question or concern. I recognize and value the trust that my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.
