Farrukh Nizomov

Hey everyone! My name is Farrukh, I’m based in Brooklyn, NY. I’ll keep it real — I’ve wanted to be in real estate since I was a kid. Not because someone told me to, just something that always made sense to me. When I moved to the US 4 years ago, I knew this was the place where I could actually make it happen. I’m not going to pretend I’ve done flips before — I haven’t. But I’ve spent the last couple of years studying this business seriously. I know the numbers, I understand the process, and I’ve been watching the NY/NJ market closely. I’m not here to learn the basics — I’m here to get my hands dirty on a real deal. What I bring to the table: I’m organized, I communicate well, I speak English, Russian, and Uzbek (useful in this city more than you’d think), and I have the kind of drive that doesn’t need to be managed. If you hand me a project, I will be the last person you have to worry about. What I’m looking for is simple — an experienced investor who wants a reliable partner on the ground. Someone to manage contractors, handle walkthroughs, keep the timeline and budget in check, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. In return, I want to learn this business the right way, from someone who actually knows it. I’m not looking for a handout — I’m looking for the right partnership. If that sounds like something worth a conversation, shoot me a message.”
