Favian Duarte

Hello All! My name is Favian and my other better half Courtney and I run our own real estate investing business, Property Savers LLC based out of Las Vegas, NV. We are originally from San Diego, CA and moved to Las Vegas in 2014 for my job. I graduated from San Diego State University with a BA & BS in Finance & Economics. Shortly after graduation we moved to Las Vegas for my day job, where I worked in a corporate finance role for a Fortune 500 company. We stumbled upon the Bigger Pockets podcast after we wanted to learn more about real estate investing. My dad and grandpa are huge proponents of rental properties. Throughout their lives they acquired, bought, and flipped/held different types of properties. Courtney's uncle had a significant amount of success flipping homes in Southern California after the housing crisis. As we began to enter "adulthood" we saw the lifestyle choices that were available to my father and her uncle and we knew it was because of real estate. Working for "the man" in a corporate setting would never provide that opportunity, so we knew we had to get involved. Courtney and I still work full time jobs and do real estate in the mornings, nights, and weekends. We have experienced first hand what real estate investing can provide. We have completed wholesales, wholetails, JV wholetails, JV fix & flips, and solely ran fix & flips all across Southern Nevada.
