I found BiggerPockets almost a year ago now and decided to become a Pro member almost immediately. I am now ready to start research to find my first property, looking for primarily buy and hold rental properties but also up for flipping with the right partners. I am hoping to connect with REO Agents and to network with local investors and agents in the area.
