Since I became an investor and joined the Biggerpockets community exactly two years ago, I have flipped two single family homes, purchased a single family home using seller financing, and I have rehabbed and rented 3 other single family properties. I have learned a ton about mortgage notes and other investing strategies; and I became a licensed REALTOR in Ohio. I am looking now to link with other investors to do more investing using creative financing strategies.
