Hello, I am new to Real Estate investing. I currently have a short term investment on a real estate development deal in Houston, TX. My motivation for real estate investing success is true freedom, freedom from a 9 to 5, the freedom to travel when I want and how I want, the freedom to retire without worrying about my finances. My goal is to gain enough investing experience to share with family, friends, and young people to teach them how to get a piece of the freedom train. My dream is to be able to retire in 7-9 years. I plan to purchase my first rental property by the end of this summer and build from there. I look forward to learning in this forum and connecting with like-minded investors.
