I am a software developer/team manager. Looking to start investing in rental properties for additional income for when I retire. Currently, I am learning everything I can about the real estate investment industry and plan to take a few classes at MCC to further my education. Experience: Other than purchasing a home to live in myself, I have no real estate investment experience. Real Estate Goals: Short term goals: Learn about real estate investment and purchase my first rental property and identify a property management company to oversee day-to-day operations. Long term goals: Continue to grow my multifamily rentals and possibly to start purchasing single family homes to rent out. Currently Seeking: 1) General knowledge of real estate investing 2) My first rental property, ideally 5 units or slightly more 3) Good/reliable property management company.
