I got my real estate license in 2005 as I was finishing-up my B.A. in Economics at The University of Texas in Austin. I jumped in brokerage full-time w/ Keller Williams Realty after school. By 2015, my business partner and I started an affiliate kw team, The smartLIVING Team, which is now doing about $20M/yr. in housing volume sales. I joined BiggerPockets to further grow our involvement in real estate investments and network more in the community to find more lucrative deals for ourselves and our investors.
