I'm an IT system admin/developer. I love everything about houses, DIY, drawing, video gaming, and spending time with my family and friends. Experience: I house hacked back in 2005 when I bought a duplex and rented out the other side. I still own the unit and am acquiring and rehabbing more doors. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to cashflow $100 per door at a minimum through duplex, tri-plex, and 4-plex properties in my backyard. I am focusing on good quality, renter-friendly finishes, and treating my tenants with respect. In addition, I want to create nice, comfortable homes to attract good quality tenants that can help change the landscape of my community.
