I am a general contractor who specializes in working only with investors and property managers to insure they are getting the most value for there money. While also being a fix and hold investor myself. My market for contracting is the Seattle Tacoma area. My market for investing is the Kitsap county Washington and north Alabama areas. I am more then happy to help any do it yourselfers find a way to complete there real estate repairs.
