My investment career started out as buying a new construction home that was 90% finished purchasing and finishing the home. A few years later i purchased a home off market and rented for a few years. Sold the property and have continued to do flips and buy and holds ever since. An investor friend suggested i check out Biggerpockets podcast and ive been hooked ever since. Experience: I have owned my own construction company for 28 years. I have completed many flips and buy and holds. Im interested in multifamily and partnering on bigger projects. Real Estate Goals: I am striving for finamcual independence by 2021. Currently Seeking: SFH for flips and buy and holds. Also multifamily for long term investment.
