Brandy Summerlin

I was born and raised in Calvert County growing up on a farm that was the home to Gates Greenhouses in Huntingtown. I left the farm after high school to attend college and came right back to my slice of paradise. Now I enjoy my home by the Bay in Chesapeake Beach with my husband, Mitch, and rescue dogs, Tuchas and Dr. Dre. If I'm not out helping people achieve their dreams in real estate I can be found in my garden, at the North Beach Boardwalk enjoying the many activities offered there, or taking a day trip to the Shore. Additionally, I volunteer as a youth mentor at a local high school, a DAT for the American Red Cross, and a Green Team Member for Chesapeake Beach. My areas of specialty are investment properties, first time homebuyers, and listings. My thoroughness, honesty, and knowledge make me stand out from the competition earning me many repeat clients. Although I am located in Chesapeake Beach I additionally work with investors in multiple counties and will list in almost all Maryland counties.
