Hi! My name is Kendra Ellis and I am a real estate investor/agent. I bought my 1st investment when I was 18 with the insurance check from my hail damaged car. I bought a trailer for $6,000 cash and owner financed it for $50,000 and drove around a golf ball like car for 2 years after. I got my real estate licenses when I was 21 and have helped over a 100 buyers and sellers in the Knoxville area. My husband is a contractor who was working for my dad for 3 years before we decided to put him to good use on flip houses. Our goal is to flip houses to build capital and become debt free then start purchasing rentals free and clear. We are currently working on our 6th house and after it closes we will hit part 1 of our goal of being debt free!
